We’re looking for an experienced Despatch Supervisor to lead our yard and despatch team and ensure safe, efficient and accurate daily operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, not behind a desk. About the Role Reporting to the Factory Manager, you’ll oversee a small team of 4 yard/despatch operators and coordinate the day-to-day movement of finished goods in and out of site. Hours are 8:00am – 4:00pm (flexible). Key Responsibilities Supervise daily despatch and yard operations Coordinate truck loading, deliveries and collections Lead and support a small operational team Ensure load accuracy and on‑time dispatch Maintain safety, housekeeping and stock control Liaise with production and transport to meet schedules About You Experience in despatch, warehouse or yard supervision Strong forklift and loading experience Confident leading small teams Organised with good planning skills Safety‑focused and hands‑on Comfortable working outdoors/in a yard environment Why Pipemakers WA?
